Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. We only dispatch orders from Mon-Fri and not on the weekends or UK bank holidays.

No, we currently offer just Standard delivery which is 2-3 working days after dispatch.

No , currently we do not have a physical store yet for a click and collect service. Products can only be purchased via our website and shipped by our couriers. 

Orders & Returns

We take care when packing your purchases, however, unfortunately, damage can occur during transit.

However, if you have received a damaged product please contact us on info@shopcurlhub.com  within 24-48 hours from receiving your order.

To ensure that all items in your order are complete, our diligent team carefully inspects and packs each item. In case you find that an item is missing from your order, kindly contact us via email at info@shopcurlhub.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

We always hope that you are satisfied with your order but I know sometimes its not meant to be.

If you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to return your order within 14 days, after the date on which you received the goods. Please ensure to inform us beforehand on the return via email at info@shopcurlhub.com

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, in original packaging with all tamper-resistant seals intact, in a re-saleable condition.

We are unable to offer a refund on accessories due to hygiene reasons

Please note, you will need to arrange and pay for return postage. Postage on returned items is not covered.

Unsealed, opened and used items will not be refunded. Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, in original packaging with all tamper-resistant seals intact, in a re-saleable condition.

We will process your refund 3 working days after receiving your returned order (provided it meets our refund and return policy).

1. Depending on your bank it may take 2-4 working days for your refund to processed.

2. The amount can only be refunded to the card used to initially place the order.

Products / Stock

Please note that while we make every effort to keep the ingredients list updated, manufacturers may occasionally make changes without notifying us. Therefore, if you would like to verify the ingredients of a product before making a purchase, kindly reach out to us via email at info@shopcurlhub.com. We will be more than happy to provide you with the most current ingredients list.

Please be aware that if you decide to return a product due to a discrepancy in the ingredients, we are unable to reimburse the return shipping fees.

Yes , all our products are genuine. We currently source 60% of products directly from the brand and 40% of products is sourced directly from their official distributors/wholesalers.

We promise on the following:

1. Our items are packaged in the authentic manufacturer's carton and sealed when applicable.

2. Our products remain unaltered, undiluted, and unaffected.

All curls and coils are different and what works for one person may not work for another.

We offer detailed descriptions and ingredient lists for all of our products, providing you with the necessary information to select the products. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of a product for your specific needs. It may be necessary to conduct some research, understand your hair type, and try out a few different products before finding the ones that work best for you.

Majority of hair products in North America do not have an expiration date next to their batch code as they do not need FDA (The United States Food and Drug Administration) approval before being sold on the market. The FDA only monitors adverse reports from consumers, so it is important to follow the written PAO (Period After Opening) date, usually displayed as "12M" or "6M". This date indicates how long the product will last after opening. Unopened products can last 1-2 years depending on the product and formulation. However, , it is best to store all products in a cool, dark place to maximize their longevity after opening.

Yes we offer a 10% discount but you have to subscribe to the mailing list. Minimum spend is £25

The payment methods currently available are Debit Card , Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Clearpay
