Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you received the goods. After that, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of the cancellation. Please note that you can only return items for a refund if they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging with all tamper-resistant seals intact, and in a resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds. 

To arrange a return, please notify us by email at hello@shopcurlhub.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. After that, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. You are responsible for arranging the return and paying for the return postage. Please ensure that the product is suitably packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Please note that the postage cost on returned items is non-refundable.

Once we have received your return, and provided the items meet the criteria mentioned above, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items.

In case the item arrives defective, damaged or you receive a wrong item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item. You will need to take pictures of the parcel, damage, and leaks to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on accessories due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
