We are currently only delivering to addresses within the UK.
Once, you place your order allow 24-48 hours for your order to be picked, packed and shipped. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature upon arrival.
We ship orders from Mon-Thurs. All Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery

Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days - £4.99
Free Delivery: 1-2 working days on orders £60 and over. This is for the total order value including discount.

Shipping Policy
We would like to state that we won't be held accountable for packages that have been marked as delivered according to the tracking information. If you face such an issue, we won't be able to resend your order or provide a refund until the delivery company completes an investigation. Therefore, it is crucial that you initiate an investigation with the delivery company if you face such an issue.
To avoid any delivery issues, please make sure to enter the correct shipping address while placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@shopcurlhub.com. We will try our best to amend the order before dispatching it. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to make any changes.
Please note that we won't be liable for non-delivery or missed-delivery caused by incorrect data entry. It is your responsibility to ensure that the data entered is correct, and we won't be able to take responsibility for any issues caused by incorrect data entry.
